  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads:Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement patient-centric initiatives and develop sustainable value-based care models.
  • Manage Performance:Formulate business proposals and monitor key performance indicators to ensure we’re always moving forward.
  • Administrative Oversight:Take charge of general administration and HR matters within your team, ensuring smooth operations.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Leader:You possess a good degree in any discipline, at least 7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in operations and project management. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will be appointed at the relevant job title.
  • Analytical Thinker:You possess strong analytical skills, a flair for numbers, and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with financials will be a plus.
