Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Space Planner (Architectural Consultancy).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reports directly to the Director of Design and Planning.
  • Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
  • Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate the work of multiple teams for large-scale healthcare projects.
  • Support business development initiatives, including building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Contribute to proposals, bid preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / interior design or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience specializing in healthcare planning, with expertise equivalent to that of a peer medical planner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Hands‑on experience in both green and brownfield projects.
  • Exposure to healthcare facility projects ranging from S$5 million to S$150 million (up to 30,000 sqm in size).
  • Proficient in using architectural design software.

  • Location: Central
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
