Job summary
A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an enrolled nurse to provide direct quality nursing care and participate in multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include conducting nursing procedures, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and documenting resident progress. Candidates should hold a National Institute of Technical Education certificate in nursing and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Ideal applicants are compassionate, caring, and possess good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- At least a year’s working experience as an enrolled nurse.
- Experience in the Community Care sector will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct quality nursing care in compliance with standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Document resident conditions and track rehabilitation progress.
