Job summary
A healthcare support company in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive Assistant for a 6-month temporary position. Responsibilities include supporting HR Business Partners, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding and offboarding for staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has over a year of relevant experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva. - Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva
- Good communication skills, team player, and ability to work under pressure
