Administrative Assistant (Student Placement Operations)
Job summary
A global leader in education services is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Singapore to assist the Student Placement Team with processing applications and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, strong teamwork abilities, and be familiar with CRM systems. Responsibilities include general administrative tasks and assisting with team events. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to student success within a growing organization.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in the workforce is required for this position.
- Meticulous and responsible with an excellent working attitude.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist Student Placement Team with processing students’ applications.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Maintain document organization within the team.
- Participate in team events and fairs.
- Assist with brochures for counsellors.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

- Assist Student Placement Team / Counsellors with processing and finalizing of students’ applications
- Ensure proper documentations reports and filings.
- Housekeeping duties, ensuring all documents within Student Placement Team are kept up to date.
- Be involved and assist in Student Placement Team’s events / fairs.
- Assist with universities / institution's brochures for counsellor usage.
- Perform general administrative duties or / and tasks as assigned by the Head - AU / NZ & SP Operations and Student Placement Manager – UK / CA / IE
- Meticulous, responsible and possess excellent working attitude.
- Team player, ability to work cohesively within the team environment.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, candidate with strong background using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be highly preferred.
