Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and storage areas.
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared and restocked before and after service hours.
  • Support in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries properly.
  • Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.

Job description
Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist in preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and storage areas.
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared and restocked before and after service hours.
  • Assist with daily inventory checks and report stock levels.
  • Support in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries properly.
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Assist with plating, garnishing, and food presentation.
  • Perform general cleaning and kitchen maintenance duties.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
Job Requirements :
