The Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a strong grasp of data analysis, digital marketing, and creativity to manage both online and offline marketing efforts. Experience in Excel, especially pivot tables and data analysis, is essential.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
Assist in developing product launch strategies and coordinating marketing activities across different channels.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and online advertising.
Oversee the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand identity.
Collaborate with external partners to enhance digital outreach and engagement.
Use Excel (pivot tables, filters, and data analysis) to track and analyze marketing performance data, including sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, identifying key insights and trends to inform future strategies.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, etc.) and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines.
Work with designers to produce high-quality artwork and promotional content for both online and offline campaigns.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, and Procurement) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
Support the planning and execution of company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
