A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to support patients and their families in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver counseling and manage cases while conducting risk assessments. This full-time position requires a recognized degree in social work and a genuine passion for improving patient care. You will work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment pertaining to children's and women's health issues. You will participate in an interdisciplinary setting to provide counselling and case management, as well as to conduct risk assessments of patients and their families in financial, emotional and health crises. You will be the liaison and resource person for patients and their families.
This is a Full‑Time Contract position.
