Job description:

You will work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment pertaining to children's and women's health issues. You will participate in an interdisciplinary setting to provide counselling and case management, as well as to conduct risk assessments of patients and their families in financial, emotional and health crises. You will be the liaison and resource person for patients and their families.

We are looking for candidates with:
  • Recognized Degree in Social Work
  • A disposition that is resilient, independent, trustworthy and mature, yet empathetic and non‑judgmental
  • A highly driven, dedicated and passionate with special interest to practice social work in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced work environment

This is a Full‑Time Contract position.
