LOCATION: 28 Cavenagh Rd, Hotel Chancellor @ Orchard (Unit 01-01 & 01-02)

SALARY: $2,400/month + Benefits

TYPE: Full-time, Flexible Hybrid (WFH + On-site filming required)

🍸 THE GIG

We run two adjacent karaoke pubs in the heart of Orchard - So High Social Club (live band nights, party vibes) and So High Social Bar (homely, singer-focused). We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Executive who lives on TikTok, breathes Instagram Reels, and knows exactly what makes Gen Z stop scrolling.

If you can turn a Tuesday night crowd into a viral TikTok and design a poster that makes people screenshot our happy hour prices, we want you.

🎬 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Creation (60%)

• Film and edit short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) in-house — capturing the 6am energy, bartender flair, live band moments, and karaoke chaos
• Design daily posters/stories for promos (Canva is fine, Adobe Suite is a bonus)
• Manage content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (小红书) — bilingual content preferred

Community Management (25%)

• Reply to DMs, comments, and enquiries across all platforms (turning lurkers into RSVPs)
• Engage with local influencers, KOLs, and regulars to build our online community
• Monitor trends and adapt them to our brand (Orchard nightlife, KTV culture, late-night vibes)

Events & Ads (15%)

• Assist in planning monthly events (themed nights, live band promos, collaborations)
• Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and Xiaohongshu ad campaigns (we’ll teach you the backend if you know the creative)

🎯 WHO YOU ARE

• Trend Native: You know what audio is trending on TikTok before it hits the FYP. You understand the difference between "Main Character Energy" and "Core Memory" aesthetics.
• Visual Eye: You can make a $228 Martell bottle look like a must-have using just your phone and Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro = bonus points)
• Bilingual: Comfortable creating content in English and Mandarin (Xiaohongshu management requires Chinese copywriting)
• Self-Starter: You can WFH most days, but when it’s time to film at 11pm on a Saturday or 3am for "witching hour" content, you show up with full battery
• Nightlife Friendly: You don’t need to drink, but you need to get the culture—karaoke, 6am licenses, the grind of hospitality
