Job summary
An E-commerce logistics company in Singapore is looking for full-time Customer Service Executives. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via calls and emails, handling complaints, and ensuring timely resolutions. Prior call center experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn can compensate. Attractive remuneration package includes salary, performance incentives, and additional allowances.
