About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility. This full‑time position requires you to lead a team and ensure the smooth flow of inventory, order processing, and logistics.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training
2. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting
3. Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products to meet customer demands
4. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall supply chain operations
6. Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the warehouse, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
7. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
