About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Flair Illume Pte Ltd. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and sales support to our sales team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is a full-time position based in the Upper Thomson Central Region, Singapore.


Job Responsibilities


  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and maintaining accurate sales data

  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients

  • Supporting the sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and other sales activities as needed

  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives


Job Requirements


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the Lighting industry

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address any issues or concerns
