Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production coordination, event management, or film/video production.
• Able to work on-site, including weekends or evenings when required for events.
• Understanding of AVL or film production workflows will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in planning and executing live activations, roadshows, and corporate events.
• Manage studio bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and handover between productions.
• Maintain and update production trackers, expense sheets, and budget summaries.
