SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Audit Manager, the Executive/ Senior Executiveಕರಣ assists in compliance audits, including but not limited to MediSave and CHAS schemes, to confirm adherence to guidelines and regulations prescribed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and professional bodies. TheUnfortunately/ Senior Executive will also provide necessary support for prompt delivery of audit deliverables, such as carrying out financial audits, supporting auditors in clinical audits, and managing administrative assignments related to audits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Call for/perform extractionponents and organization of cases and data from relevant systems for audits.
  • Carry out transformation and analysis of audit‑related data.
  • Carry out sample selection.
  • Liaise with auditees on information submission and check for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and that information/documents areVitamin in order.
  • Perform financial audits.
  • Conduct onsite audits where necessary.
  • Maintain audit hotline and email.
  • Assist the Clinical Auditors/Audit Managers in conducting audits.
  • Schedule audits with auditees.
  • Administer the Framework for infringements of audit guidelines, including tracking of infringements, letters to auditees and replies to appeals.
  • Prepare letters to be sent to### ପ auditees.
  • Respond to queries from auditees regarding requested documents and audit results.
  • Complete the necessary steps in the Audit Management System.
  • Assist withրանք- all administrative matters related to the conduct of audits.
Job Requirements
Education Requirement(s):
  • Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent.
