About the Job

As an Account Executive/Coordinator, you will support the team in planning, executing, and measuring integrated campaigns. This is a foundational role that requires a blend of creative storytelling, meticulous research, and proactive media engagement. Whether you are a fresh graduate or a graduate intern looking for a career kick‑start, you will be given the opportunity to handle high‑level tasks and gain a deep understanding of the Singapore media landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Research and draft high‑quality media materials, including press releases, tailored media pitches, bylined articles, and Q&A documents.
  • Social Media Management: Draft and edit engaging social media copy and develop creative briefs for various digital platforms.
  • Media Engagement: Support media outreach activities, manage journalist requests, and coordinate RSVPs for client events.
  • Strategic Research: Conduct market and competitor research to support existing client strategies and new business pitches.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Manage daily media monitoring and compile comprehensive reports for PR and social media performance.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain updated media databases, manage timelines, suppliers, partners, vendors, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Competence in a second language, particularly Mandarin, is a significant advantage for our regional work.
