Job description

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Development Executive to support the set-up and expansion of our healthcare technology and pharmacy automation solutions into the Malaysia market. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, gain regional exposure, and grow with the company.

The role will work closely with the Singapore team during the initial phase and progressively support the setup and growth of GHT Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Business Development

• Support market entry and business development activities for Malaysia
• Conduct basic market research on customers, competitors, and partners
• Assist in identifying potential hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and partners
• Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial documents

Sales & Partner Support

• Assist senior team members in meetings, follow-ups, and coordination with prospects
• Track leads, opportunities, and basic sales pipeline updates
• Support relationship management with local stakeholders and partners

Project & Operations Support

• Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and Singapore HQ teams
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks related to projects
• Support on-site activities when required (e.g. demos, site visits, deployments)

Learning & Growth

• Learn the company’s pharmacy automation solutions, workflows, and processes
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning in Singapore (subject to arrangement)
• Take on increasing responsibility as experience and capability grow

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate
• Degree or diploma from a recognised institution (Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with coordination, documentation, and basic presentations
• Willingness to travel between Malaysia and Singapore when required
