🔹 Position Overview
This is a multifunctional human resource and administrative support role responsible for managing payroll, vendor coordination, HR operations, and logistics. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations across payroll, admin, and HR functions.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll
- Handle payroll processing, payslips, CPF submissions, and final salary for resigned staff.
- File IR21 for foreign employees and liaise with IRAS.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly payment summaries and monthly reports.
- Handle invoicing, billing,, credit notes, and vendor coordination.
2. Human Resource & Administration
- Support full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage work passes, medical checks, contracts, and PLRD compliance.
- Maintain employee records, manage uniform issuance and training coordination.
- Handle HR documentation (e.g., confirmation, transfer, resignation letters).
- Support exit interviews, grievance management, and HR reporting.
3. Logistics & Office Support
- Issue and recover company items from staff (logistics control).
- Handle office and site inventory management.
- Liaise with vendors and resolve delivery/supply issues.
- Maintain and update logistics records and submit reports on time.
4. General Admin & Support
- Manage calls, visitors, data entry, record filing, and meeting documentation.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure timely reporting.

🔸 Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Human Resource experience required (especially in security or related industries); fresh graduate are welcome.
- Skills: Strong initiative, communication skills, ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented, yet capable of working independently with a service-first mindset.
- Language: English & Mandarin-speaking preferred
