A healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre. The role involves managing and analyzing clinical data to support transplant programmes and improve patient outcomes. Candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, have project management experience, and proficiency in data analytics tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
As Senior Executive at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre (SDTC), you will play a key role in supporting transplant programmes by managing and analysing clinical data to drive decisions and improve patient care outcomes. You will assist in developing and managing data registries, preparing reports and dashboards that provide insights for clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data outputs are relevant, accurate and timely.
Your responsibilities include extracting, cleaning and merging datasets from multiple sources to support SDTC's data needs. You will also contribute to data governance efforts by ensuring data quality, security and compliance with internal standards and policies.
