Junior Accountant ( West )
Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Accountant to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting. The candidate will oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, prepare financial reports, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. A diploma or degree in accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. This is a full-time role with a salary range of S$3500 to S$4500, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience with audit processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor project schedules for financial tracking.
- Oversee AR/AP functions and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
Skills
Education
Working Days: 5 Day A week
Working hours: 8:00am-5:45pm
Working Location: Pandan Road
Salary: $3500 - $4500 (Depends on experience)
- Review and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting
- Oversee and review AR / AP functions including journal
- Inter-company transaction and balances
- Stock issues and related adjustments
- Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma or degree in accounting
- At least 2 years relevant experience
