What you’ll do in this role….

• Deploy and execute a variety of systematic and discretionary trading strategies in Asian and emerging markets
• Collaborate with senior traders to continuously improve a portfolio of Cross-Asset Macro strategies
• Perform post-trade analysis of strategies along with engineers to build out bespoke technology systems
• Communicate relevant market events, notable flows and system behaviors to team members

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3 or more years of trading experience on a Cross- Asset Macro trading desk
• Prior experience with complex trading systems or systems used to execute spread based trading strategies
• A sound grasp of probability and statistics, as well as risk/reward and expected values
• Self-motivation, enjoy challenges and significant responsibility, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments that often involve calculated risk
• An ability to communicate effectively, concisely, and precisely when conveying information about the trades you have executed, and the present market conditions
• Both the desire to work well within a team and a strong independent drive to accomplish tasks on your own.
• Experience with VBA and Python essential
