Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, compliance, etc.) to align branch activities with overall business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Represent moomoo in the local community, building partnerships and enhancing brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial services, banking, or brokerage, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
