Job Description
  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the transformation of business processes using agentic AI technologies, reimagining workflows to enhance automation, adaptability, and operational efficiency.
  • The role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to design future-ready, AI-embedded workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis & Opportunity Identification Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for agentic AI integration.
  • Assess processes for autonomous decision-making potential and dynamic pathway optimization.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
  • AI-Enabled Workflow Redesign Lead design thinking workshops to co-create next-generation, AI-driven process solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Re-engineer end-to-end workflows, shifting from linear models to adaptive, agent-based systems.
  • Reduce manual interventions while improving agility, accuracy, and consistency of outcomes.
  • Use Case Evaluation & Solution Frameworks Define and apply structured frameworks for assessing AI use cases—including feasibility, value realization, and risk evaluation.
  • Prioritize AI initiatives based on strategic alignment, business impact, and technical readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation Support Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical counterparts to embed AI, automation, and digital tools into redesigned processes.
  • Support governance structures and operating models to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable AI implementation.
  • Facilitate change management to enable seamless adoption of AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track KPIs to measure process improvement, automation impact, and business value delivered.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans to optimize AI-driven workflows and enhance performance over time.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in business process re-engineering, with proven delivery of AI or automation initiatives.
  • Expertise in agentic AI platforms and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of workflow redesign, process automation techniques, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating design thinking sessions and managing multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and AI lifecycle management (CI/CD, MLOps) is preferred.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in AI-driven transformations.
  • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value and measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Experience applying agentic AI to operational improvements in finance, procurement, or technology operations is a strong advantage.
