- Attend, handle and assist all customer enquiries coming through various customer service channels on loan related matters including loan retention and assist in making outbound calls when required.
- Review customer’s existing loan package and advice accordingly on the various options available.
- Protect loan portfolio by managing customer expectations on loan repricing package offered.
- Respond and follow up on customers’ request promptly and accurately.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s product and services available from time to time.
- Achieve referral targets set by business.
- Cover Team Manager’s duties in their absence and coaching to new staff.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and knowledge of banking products and services.
- Good communication skill and strong customer service sense.
- Team player who is able to collaborate well.
- Good problem solving skills and results orientation.
- Sound knowledge of loan products and loan computation, especially in areas of regulatory compliance, legal and insurance aspects of mortgage loans.
