The successful candidate will gain experience of advising insurance and reinsurance sector clients on coverage matters (across the range of insurance risks underwritten in the APAC region including, but not limiting to, financial lines, directors and offices, professional indemnity, crime/BBB, cyber policies); be involved in monitoring complex commercial disputes and managing cyber incident responses. The exposure of work also includes advising on subrogated recoveries. The successful candidate will work directly for the Partner in this team and will have regular contact with clients both in Singapore and internationally.

Experience of insurance/reinsurance claims and/or disputes and/or cyber incident response is significantly preferred, but not essential as this team (and Kennedys in general) has a proven track record of training professionals in this area.
