Job Responsibilities:
· Assist with bookkeeping, accounting data entry and record-keeping
· Process invoices, payments and expenses accurately
- Support payroll processing, CPF Contribution, IR8A
· Assist in bank reconciliations and financial matters
- Prepare accounting schedules
· Handle data entry and maintain financial documents
· Assists in ad-hoc accounting related duties as required
Requirements:
· LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, or a related field
- Fresh Graduates from "O" level / "A" level with POA / equivalent are welcome to apply
· Prior experience in an accounting related field is advantageous
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Accounting software (eg. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn, attention to details
- Self-motivated, independent and pro-active
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
