Develop projects and processes for gathering, combining, and analyzing data using SQL and VBA.
Automate data collection and aggregation to build reporting dashboards.
Understand data linkage and flow from ERP to other forecasting systems/databases.
Gather business requirements to develop tools or simulation models to achieve important goals.
Drive adoption of team initiatives through tight-knit collaboration with finance team.
Explore the usage of Generative AI for automation and insights.
Handle the Cost Centre database, including new cost center creation and allocation logic maintenance.
Explain technical concepts clearly and succinctly to various collaborators.
Analyze and synthesize data from quantitative and qualitative sources.
Draw insights from data to build practical and scalable solutions.
Handle and monitor the OPEX database (OPEXDB) and Headcount database.
Assist in preparing presentation decks for Monthly/Forecast/Budget review meetings for Southeast Asia Region.
Support the forecast cycle, including long-range planning, monthly forecast, and annual forecast.
Provide insights on OPEX variance by collaborating with functional leaders and the accounting team.
Understand the business and industry to drive meaningful communication with collaborators.
Support ad-hoc simulation and analysis requests.
Degree in Business or equivalent experience; Data Science or Statistics majors preferred.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
Expertise in SQL and VBA is required; familiarity with Python is advantageous.
Self-starter with strong business insight, planning, and strategy skills.
Pays close attention to detail and consistently maintains a high standard for accuracy and quality.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
