• Respond to the User and the Authority to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly rendered and performed.
• Assist the Building in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ project management team.
• Oversee daily operations of the properties.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Manage service contracts (e.g., landscaping, pest control, HVAC).
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for repair works.
• Supervise term contractor in maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
• Manage user relationships — handle complaints, requests, and renewals
• Maintain accurate records (leases, contracts, maintenance logs).
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and oversee regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Liaise with tenants, owners, government agencies, and service providers.
• Resolve disputes or issues promptly and professionally.
• Source and evaluate contractors or suppliers for property services.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma from a recognised tertiary establishment and a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in providing integrated facilities management services with the Tenderer’s company.
• Experienced in planning and management (of resources, contracts, procurement, etc), and equipped with technical knowledge including statutory requirements for building management and maintenance preferred.
