Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in facility management or related fields is preferred.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Landlord on work permit application.
• Support vendor and service delivery.
• Carry out routine inspections to check for defects.
• Maintain proper administration and documentation for maintenance activities.
