Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks on essential building services.
• Operate Building Systems and record performance data.
• Carry out general preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Attend to in-house/customers' requests diligently.
• Assist in monitoring performance of appointed contractors.
