This role involves overseeing facility design, managing occupancy requirements, and project management. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in facility/occupancy planning and project management, including capital planning and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management and space planning standards.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Translate business issues into effective facility solutions.
• Manage space-related requests and evaluate space suitability.
• Develop scope of work definition documents for projects.
