Job summary

A leading hospitality establishment in Singapore is seeking an F&B Service Team Leader to enhance service operations and deliver excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for service excellence. This role includes supervising the F&B service team and ensuring adherence to service quality standards.

The F&B Service Team Leader supports the Lobby Lounge Manager to ensure the smooth service operations. He/She is expected to WOW the guest through his/her delivery of exceptional service.

Our Expectations
  • Good knowledge of the liquor brands and categories, knows the alcoholic beverage terms and standard drink abbreviations to make beverage recommendations to the guests.
  • Has basic food preparation terms and be able to engage and recommend to guests.
  • Resolve guests' complaints.
  • Lead and supervise a team of F&B Service Ambassadors which includes ensuring that the team adheres to grooming standards and delivers service according to the hotel standards.
  • Conduct rollcalls before start of operations to brief Associates on job assignments.
  • Supervise the table set-up and inspects to ensure adherence to service quality and hygiene standards.
  • Check and inspect all Lobby Lounge facilities and equipment on a regular basis and report any repair and maintenance.
  • Perform end day closing and prepare reports.
  • Reports any loss or damage to the Hotel’s properties and facilities promptly and appropriately.

We are looking for a self-motivated Service Team Leader with excellent communication skills. You should be attentive to the guests and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry best practices with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
