Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Facilities Operation and Maintenance role. Responsibilities include daily maintenance of data center facilities, ensuring serviceability of equipment, and supporting customer requests. Candidates should have a degree in engineering or relevant experience in data center operations, with strong communication skills and the ability to commit to 24x7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree graduates in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications, with at least 2 Years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates without the required academic credentials but with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead the required daily maintenance and operations of the data center facilities.
• Respond to Mechanical and Electrical alarms/faults and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met.
• Involve in the scheduling, coordination and completion of all significant planned and emergency maintenance events.
