Business Development Cum Operations Executive

We are looking for a young, motivated, and hands‑on Business Development Cum Operations Executive to join our growing F&B business in Singapore.

This role is ideal for early‑career candidates who want exposure to both business development and operations, and who are interested in how a regional F&B brand grows and operates across markets.

You will work closely with regional and local teams, supporting day‑to‑day operations while gaining real exposure to business expansion and partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
  • Assist in market research and basic competitor analysis within the F&B or retail sector.
  • Support business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate follow‑ups and communications with business partners, franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
Operations & Coordination
  • Support daily operational matters, including coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Assist in tracking operational performance, sales data, and basic KPIs.
  • Prepare simple operational and business reports for management review.
  • Support ad‑hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 1‑2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships or F&B exposure are welcome).
  • Interest in F&B, retail chains, or multi‑outlet operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with different teams and cultures.
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking partners.
  • Must have legal working rights in Singapore.
