Sales Executive (Car Package Services)

• Up to $4,000 basic salary + Monthly Commission

• Bukit Batok Crescent

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

We are looking for a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of car care, detailing, grooming, and maintenance packages. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent service in a B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell car care, detailing, grooming, and maintenance packages to walk-in and call-in customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages and add-on services

• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, messages, and online platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, company website)

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with service bookings

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and corporate clients

• Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer feedback

• Stay updated on promotions, pricing, and services offered

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction

• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, or promotional events when required
