Senior Executive, Regional Health System Operations (Contract)

Job Category: Administration

We are seeking a Senior Executive for Regional Health System Operations to provide analytical, fact-finding and administrative support on Regional Health System efforts. In this role, you will assist in identifying and developing new population health projects and capitation initiatives. You will collate and track performance indicators of care integration programmes and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of project proposals and implementation of approved projects. As a project facilitator, you will manage projects and resources to achieve desired outcomes. You will support the collation and necessary data transcribing to ensure data accuracy and completeness for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.

You will cultivate and maintain a strong network with key community healthcare services and partners, including Voluntary Welfare Organisations, allied health and home nursing services, and other relevant social services and community-based organisations. Additionally, you will identify and develop appropriate partnerships with industry partners as per project requirements.

You will provide administrative support and perform other duties as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with work experience
  • Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of financials, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering
  • Good presentation skills and ability to write well
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
