Job summary
A leading logistics firm in Jurong West is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage shipping duties and documentation for international shipments. You will be responsible for preparing invoices and necessary shipment documentation, as well as applying for relevant certificates. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in shipping or logistics and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers a competitive salary and a transport allowance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
- Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.
Responsibilities
- Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries.
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents.
- Apply for FTA certificates, health certificates, and other required forms.
Skills

- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 08:00am - 05:00pm
- Location: Jurong West
- Salary: $2,800 - $3,100 + $90 Transport Allowance
