We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to help build and grow the event and experience arm across RSVP Communications and Beyond the Boardroom (BTB). This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping new ideas, taking ownership, and working in a dynamic boutique environment where luxury lifestyle, business leadership, storytelling, and experience design intersect.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both strategically and operationally. You must enjoy developing concepts, managing clients, and overseeing execution, while also contributing to the business development of new events and partnerships.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of premium events, including luxury brand activations, executive experiences, leadership briefings, and bespoke client events.
• Oversee timelines, run sheets, budgets, vendor management, and logistics.
• Ensure high-quality, polished event delivery aligned with luxury/corporate standards.
• Collaborate with Mediapublishares’ internal event team for signature events such as Breakfast Briefings, Luxury Summit.

• Develop event concepts, formats, and narratives together with the Founder and senior team.
• Contribute creative ideas that elevate guest experience and storytelling.
• Support pitch development with compelling concepts and presentation materials.

• Proactively support the growth of the event pipeline for RSVP and BTB.
• Build relationships with luxury, lifestyle, and corporate clients.
• Identify new event opportunities and help activate existing networks.
• Assist in preparing proposals and attending client meetings as required.

• Work closely with Content & Social teams to ensure event visuals, photo/video capture, and storytelling are aligned.
• Support sponsorship fulfilment for BTB events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated experiences.

• 5–8 years of experience in event management, luxury events, corporate events, or experiential marketing.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills; comfortable leading multiple events simultaneously.
• Confident in client communication and stakeholder management, including senior-level executives.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into premium experiences.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong vendor network and experience managing budgets and negotiations.
• Ability to work occasional evenings (event days) when required.

SalaryRange: SGD 6,000–7,500 per month (depending on experience) + insurance
