Job summary

A leading corporate solution provider in Singapore seeks an experienced individual to manage events, marketing campaigns, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields and have 8-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in event marketing. Key responsibilities include planning corporate events and executing marketing strategies while utilizing various digital platforms.   • Develop branding strategies for corporate segments.
  • Lead initiatives for brand building, lead generation, and product launches.
  • Collect post-event data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Events Management
    • Plan and execute corporate events (in-person, digital, hybrid).
    • Handle end-to-end logistics: venue, vendors, budgeting, registration, onsite management, post-event reporting.
    • Drive internal/external communications and stakeholder collaboration.
  2. Segment Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop branding strategies for corporate segments.
    • Lead initiatives for brand building, lead generation, and product launches.
    • Create thought leadership content and measure campaign success.
  3. Awards & Content Management
    • Manage content calendar, social media amplification, and campaign assets.
    • Coordinate internal comms, awards submissions, and client case studies.
    • Oversee budget discipline.
  4. Digital Marketing & Social Media
    • Promote events via social platforms (LinkedIn, search, third-party).
    • Implement lead capture and nurturing strategies.
  5. Analytics & Performance
    • Collect post-event data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  6. Industry Knowledge & Innovation
    • Stay updated on trends and recommend new event formats and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in event marketing (preferably banking/financial services).
  • Skills:
    • Event management software (e.g., CVENT), Canva, MS Office.
    • Social media and digital marketing expertise.
    • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with virtual/hybrid event platforms and Gen AI tools.
