Job summary
A leading event management firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute various corporate and private events. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in event concepts, and the ability to manage logistics and guest experiences effectively. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate event schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management, especially in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage events for the group entities.
- Develop creative event concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Coordinate with vendors for smooth execution.
- Oversee budgets and logistics for quality delivery.
- Handle guest experience during events.
- Provide post-event analysis to measure success.
Skills
- Plan, organize, and manage all events for the group entities, including restaurant activations, private functions, pop-ups, and corporate events
- Develop creative event concepts that align with brand identity and business objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery
- Handle guest experience, including VIP management, media, and partners during events
- Provide post-event analysis and reports to measure success and identify improvements
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and guest experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
