Junior Print Artist
Job summary
A leading event support company in Singapore is seeking a passionate Junior Print Artist to join their Creative team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with 0–2 years of design/print experience. You will assist in preparing artwork for print production and support onsite setups, ensuring high-quality output for various projects. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and attention to detail are essential. Join to thrive in a creative environment!

- Assist in preparing artwork files for printing.
- Ensure correct colour profiles and print-ready specifications.
- Conduct print checks and quality control for outputs.
Skills
Education
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Print Artist to join our Creative team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of design/print experience.
You will work closely with our designers, print technicians and events team to prepare artwork for print production, support onsite setups, and ensure high-quality output for all client and internal projects.
- Assist in preparing artwork files for large-format printing, signage, stickers, props and display materials
- Ensure correct colour profiles, bleed, crop marks and print-ready specifications
- Make layout adjustments, resizing, and simple design edits when needed
- Liaise with the production team to ensure accurate and timely printing
- Conduct print checks and quality control for final outputs
- Support events team with artwork needs for setups and installations
- Maintain organised file naming, folders and artwork archivesAssist senior designers on creative projects when required
- Diploma in Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Multimedia / equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Basic understanding of print production processes (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work under tight timelines and support occasional weekend events
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
