Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our sports and aquatic events. You will ensure smooth coordination between clients, lifeguards, and internal teams, while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, lifeguards, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan, schedule, and manage lifeguard rosters for events and daily operations
- Respond promptly to client requests and lifeguard inquiries
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate logistics and operational planning for sports and aquatic events
- Monitor and maintain operational standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English
- Operationally flexible, reliable, and responsible
- Experience in operations management, preferably in sports, events, or service-based industries
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required
