Responsibilities

• Manage daily deliveries smoothly and timely.
• Arrange unloading of stock for incoming containers.
• Ensure all orders are packed and delivered on time.
• Assist with roadshow/event setup and take down.
• Ensure smooth and timely daily deliveries.
• Accept any ad hoc duties and projects.
• Ensure all document and transaction processes follow company controls.
• Perform delivery duties (Class 3 driving licence required).

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assist superior ensuring the warehouse are cleaned, tidy.
• To ensure that the document for both inwards and outwards are correct and signed.
• To assist in packing in order to ensure schedule are met.
• To assist in packing and ensuring accuracy.
• To assist superior conduct monthly stock check exercise.
• To arrange unloading stock for all incoming container.
• To ensure all order are pack and delivered on time.
• To assist on Roadshow / Event set up and set down.
• To ensure daily delivery are smooth and timely within scheduled.
• To accept any ad hoc duties, responsibilities, and project delegated from time to time.
• To ensure all document & transaction process must follow according to the company internal control & document flow process.
• To perform delivery or driver duties (Class 3 driving licence is a must).
