About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised and dependable individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director and assist in the smooth running of Wyse Active’s badminton academy operations.

This role blends executive assistance, office administration, and coordination work — ideal for someone who’s organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced sports environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, meetings, and document preparation.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for meetings or events.
  • Attend or support meetings as directed — prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Oversee daily office administration, including procurement, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • Support HR and finance documentation such as invoices, timesheets, expense claims, leave records, and staff rosters.
  • Liaise with coaches, staff, vendors, and external partners to support academy operations and events.
  • Respond to parents/guardians’ enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned.
  • May be required to travel across Singapore for meetings and event support.
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretarial support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy with modern productivity tools.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in sports or prior experience in a sports-related environment will be an advantage.
