Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a compensation manager to ensure compliance with compensation practices, oversee salary reviews, and assess employee needs through surveys. The role involves leading the annual budget exercise, analysing trends in benefits, and conducting research into emerging compensation trends. The ideal candidate will manage compensation strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees while ensuring adherence to local laws.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with compensation practices and legislation.
- Assess employee needs through organisational surveys.
- Make data-based decisions on compensation.
- Oversee the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Lead the annual manpower budget exercise.
- Analyse trends in benefits and insurances.
- Manage and maintain the company's leave policies.
- Prepare job descriptions and evaluations for benchmarking.
