Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Drafting Specialist to manage architectural and civil drawings and produce CAD and BIM Revit models. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or relevant disciplines, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in design coordination. Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD are essential, along with effective planning and interpersonal abilities. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is required.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in design coordination.
- Experience on different scales of projects in the construction industry.
- Excellent team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general drafting work and detailing of architectural, civil, and structural drawings.
- Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works.
- Prepare and update 3D BIM model for submissions.
- Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on drawings.
Skills
Education
Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, civil and structural and other related drawings from design drafts.
Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works.
Prepare and update 3D BIM model for submissions.
Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes.
Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings.
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.
Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD.
Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
