Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to develop and manage 3D BIM models across various building services. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline and have at least 4 years of experience within the Singapore construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks Manage is essential. This role requires strong technical skills and an understanding of local codes and authority submission standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably in multi-discipline BIM modelling.
• Good understanding of local codes and authority requirements.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models with focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models in compliance with project requirements.
• Manage model data for coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and modelling standards.
• Collaborate with design and project teams for coordinated outputs.
• Support authority submission and documentation with accurate BIM deliverables.
