Tool & Die Maker - Precision Dies, Lean, 3-Shift
Job summary
A manufacturing company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced Tool and Die Technician to handle tool setting, maintenance, and repair in a High Speed Stamping environment. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience, is proficient in operating various precision measuring equipment, and can work independently. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and commitment to safety practices are essential. Shift work is required, involving 8 hours rotations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in High Speed Stamping industry.
- Able to read Product and Tooling Drawings.
- Familiar with maintaining Carbide Punches and Die.
Responsibilities
- Setting up tool for production and unload for Tool Repair & Preventive Maintenance.
- Repairing and maintaining stamping dies.
- Conducting measurements of products based on specifications.
