We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our talented team at Architects SG LLP in Serangoon Central, North‑East Region. As a fulltime Architectural Drafter (Building), you will play a crucial role in transforming architectural designs into detailed technical drawings and plans that guide the construction process.

What you’ll be doing

• Translate architects’ conceptual designs into accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software
• Produce a range of architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the development of design standards, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide support and mentorship to junior drafters as needed

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter in a similar role
• Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD
• Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high‑quality drawings
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field preferred
