Job description

Job Scope:

• Presentation and proposal design with clients.
• Join meeting and discuss with clients of details.
• Prepare Shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers and version control.
• Extract quantities and basic measurements.
• Perform preliminary calculations and layouts.
• Select materials, systems, and components.
• Resolve design conflicts and technical issues.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in Steel Structure and Facade industry.
• Graduated with Diploma or Degree in Drafting/Civil Engineering/Building Construction will be preferred.
• Able to work independently.
• Have strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Familiar with commonly used tools. (AutoCAD/Revit/ETABS etc., Microsoft Office)
• High attention to details.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
